Say hello to Mirta, a fancy moth! Paints: Timberwolf, Venetian Red

A watercolor portrait of a dark blue moth. Its navy blue wings are covered in light spots & extend down from its thorax, leaving a wide gap between them and the moth’s body. It’s abdomen is a lighter shade of blue, except for the very end of it which is deep red with two dark eye spots. It sits on a tall rectangle of white on a deep reddish-orange background.
